Best pho in Cleveland!!!! 10/10!
Everyone should boycott any unreasonable restaurant extra fees!! I went to Build the Pho on the other day around 3pm for dine-in. To my surprise, when I tried to order using the QR code, I was hit with an "18% convenient fee" that I've never encountered before at this restaurant.
