Everyone should boycott any unreasonable restaurant extra fees!! I went to Build the Pho on the other day around 3pm for dine-in. To my surprise, when I tried to order using the QR code, I was hit with an "18% convenient fee" that I've never encountered before at this restaurant. Build the Pho is an adorable new Asian spot in Ohio City with a great atmosphere and ambiance. The food is really good, with delicious appetizers. The ribeye pho and basil chicken are incredible, though the pho left a bit to be desired for some. The staff is super friendly and the service is even better. This restaurant is a great and exciting new addition, though some wish for more diverse, traditional Vietnamese options beyond pho.
