I'm giving 3 stars because the lady had a good customer service attitude but did not listen to what I said. I wanted a large ice water she politely asked if I wanted a water bottle and I said no I want the large ice water with extra ice I only want it because I want the ice she still gave me a medium cup that's only a little bit bigger then a small cup. Burger king maybe you should just make your waters free. Any where should. I purchased a sandwich too. I specifically wanted the large ice water with extra ice. I'm an ice fanatic. Also the sandwich sucks. The sausage is cold and the cheese is not melted. I'm disappointed.

This place is going down hill. i really think the building needs to be renovated or at least parts of it need to be fixed up so it doesnt look so run down. i find that food quality varies widely depending on whos working. you can either get a really good juicy whopper or a really gross dry one. it changes based on who makes them. i do really wish they enforced standards so you would get a nice juicy fresh whopper any time you ordered.
