Food always is on point and fresh but wait time is excessive, I've never worked for a fast food restaurant so I can't say how things go in there but having customers wait over 15 minutes to order through the drive thru is a lot in my opinion.

This particular Burger King is not very busy. In our experience they cook the food fresh when you order in drive thru. It does make the wait longer but it's worth it for fresh meals. Bonus they get orders right 99% of the time.

The lunch crew is great! Always nice and kind and they have smiles for you everytime you come in. The black female manager with the short hair deserves a raise. She's hard working and very friendly.
Not a good idea to be in this location at night. A lot of homeless people like to hang around and beg you for money...
