I'm writing this right after picking up a take out order - this is my second review from a different account. Went in for a half steak hoagie, service was fast and kind as always. I walked out of the shop without even looking at the order and crossed Euclid to the other side of the street. The gentleman working behind the counter ran out after me because they realized they forgot to put lettuce on the sandwich, and handed me a little bag of it. I wouldn't even have been upset without it, nor did I even get a chance to open the sandwich before he came out. If that's not service that goes above and beyond, I don't know what is. Best place in University Circle, hands down. Will always be a customer!

A first timer and it won't be the last time. I'm visiting from out of town and my family took me here. The food was so good!!! I ordered a philly cheesesteak with fries. We didn't have to wait long but the food was well worth it. I'm from Chicago and the food gave me Chi-Town vibes. I would definitely come back here again..keep doing what you're doing!

Always spectacular food that hits your cheesesteak or hot dog cravings. It'll take a second for your order, yet it's always fresh made food.Staff is professional and cordial. Great options, and a great quanity for the price. A standout as some of the best food in Cleveland, especially in Uptown. Definitely worth the stop if you're visiting UH, the Clinic, or CWRU.

I have never had a bad experience with Capos before. The food also hits a mark of 4-5/5 but we have never had a bad customer service experience. The owner cares about his business and shows it by caring about his customers. I have made the place a staple in list of place I go and have yet to be disappointed. Quality. Quantity.
