The 1st time I visited here with my girlfriend it was a great meal and we enjoyed it. I decided to bring her here for another meal and knowing it was a Friday night I expected a longer dining time. We waited about 5-10 min's after getting drinks to place our order. We ordered the loaded nachos as a app. I got wings and she got a patty melt. We waited almost a hour on the nachos with my girlfriend having to ask our server what was taking so long. Apparently they had to remake it. When we finally got it, it was a letdown. The beef was somewhat hot but the nacho cheese was cold. At this point I didn't bother saying anything because of how long it took just to get the nachos. We then waited almost another 30 minutes on our meal. We overheard another server talking about a backup in the kitchen. More specifically the fryers. She was polite enough to let us know. When we finally received our meal my GF had no sides and when asked was told it was because she had the happy hour menu in front of her. Although she was just trying to get the menus rounded up for her. She had asked for a meal though. The wings were a letdown. The sauce was hotter than the wings themselves. Her sandwich was soggy and cold. Our server KT B only came to our tables to drop off our app and entrees. Other than that she never checked up on us until we were about to get the check.
