I have never gave 2 stars to any chic-fil-a but Jasmine does not fit their business motto. I understand businesses are hiring anyone that has a pulse because the work force demands. She is someone that would have never been hired under normil circumstances. Retrain her to the company standards of customer service. Her attitude is something I fully expec4lt at McDonalds!

Amazing quality for an airport. Couldn't believe how well the chicken was prepared. We were nervous it wouldn't live up to the quality we are used to at our local Chick-fil-A. It sure did. Keep up the good work!

Terrible place to work if you're disabled they are not dissing ability friendly they expect you to work 8 hours tours out of break

Arrived at 4:50 pm today. No line. Placed an order within a minute. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The order was ready in a split second and that was my first red flag. Was the sandwich just sitting on the counter waiting for me!? Chicken was soggy, very soggy. They put one thin slice of pickle. It took me a while to find it on a sandwich. In the absence of customers this poor quality is surprising. Very disappointed! Will never come back.

So slow, even while only working on a limited 4-choice breakfast menu (which they don’t tell you until you get to the front of the line). Waited on chicken minis for at least 10 minutes with a crowd of people and then after they were supposed to be done they announced another 6 minute wait for them which turned into another 10 minutes. People have flights to catch. 1 extra star because food tastes good at least.

For years consistent in quality of food, friendliness, and attention to detail. The attention to detail has fallen off slightly.Very minor things mostly associated with special instructions such as light ice or no ice. Sometimes I for get to ask and am not offered sauces. Things that Chick Fil A is known for. Jokingly someone said that an employee didn't say my pleasure. We had a good chuckle but it's basically sums up what I'm saying. Tbh I can only choose four or five stars and this Chick Fil A is more like a 4.8 stars. This location has always had high standards.After getting a reply from the owner and seeing that the owner takes this seriously, I'll bump it to a 5 star rating. Love this location.

Woman behind the counter does not belong working with customers. She seems bothered at having to take food orders, we watched her interact With customers and co-workers as we waited for our food and it was obvious that she’s like this most of the time by the way her co-workers reacted to her (at one moment she dropped something on the floor and began to clean it up while being very obvious and verbal about her frustration.. all in front of waiting customer, her co-working seemed as if walking on egg shells.. like it’s happened before). I am only describing her appearance in hopes that if possible you try to avoid her register.. dark hair, maybe in her 20s, heavier set. She should really look for a job that doesn’t involve contact with paying customers.

Stoped in drive through 3 mins to closing. In line an all. The iPad girls wait until 10 even though I'm in line and say they can't serve me bc they are closed. Very rude. Being a total Karen and calling their manager.
