For years consistent in quality of food, friendliness, and attention to detail. The attention to detail has fallen off slightly.Very minor things mostly associated with special instructions such as light ice or no ice. Sometimes I for get to ask and am not offered sauces. Things that Chick Fil A is known for. Jokingly someone said that an employee didn't say my pleasure. We had a good chuckle but it's basically sums up what I'm saying. Consistently good food and pleasant smiling faces (even with masks on ?). Today they were out of chick-fil-a sauce and I tried the sweet and spicy sriracha, my new #2 dipping sauce.
This is a great restaurant conveniently located in the middle of Cleveland Airport’s food court. I came here while waiting for my flight to Denver and was very satisfied with my experience. I ordered a small batch of waffle fries, which I quickly got. I went to a booth right by the window to sit down in, so I could enjoy the view while I eat.
