We were there two days ago and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. I am still baffled as to the process of standing in line then ordering your food and then picking up your food, your coffee and a bottle of water. It took about 25 minutes for two bagels of coffee and a water at 5 AM manager extremely rude. Kept telling people you need to stay behind the sign. You need to have a process here that’s better. Erik was very impolite and treated customers very disrespectfully. He asked the elderly gentleman behind me waiting to order, he came over and told the gentleman to step back behind the board (approximately 10 feet away) when no one was waiting behind him. They handed me she sandwich without a bag and the paper was very greasy and no one was at the counter to ring me up, I grabbed a bag which was sitting next to the register. The manager Erik is incredibly rude for no reason. Snatched the straws away from me because I did not get his permission to take one.
