We had such a bad experience here last night. We walked in the door and the manager was on the phone talking with someone, while ringing us up. He rang us up, $17 for two people, and we proceeded to get food. As we walked up to get food, it was 9:20 PM, there probably 5 varietys of pizza and about 3 that looked good. We wanted a pizza made which there are signs everywhere assuring they'll make you pizza, when we asked they told us that everything was shut down and refused to make us a pizza. For $17 we could have gone elsewhere and ordered the pizza that we actually wanted. We pick from what is left and sat down to eat, we're immediately approached by someone, "This area is shut down, he should have told you when you came in", while the manager said nothing except for our total to us as we walked in. So we pick up and move, despite other people sitting in the area we were in. When we move to a different area with other people sitting around us, he approaches us AGAIN and tells us to move again. We are 40 minutes from the retaurant closing with the kitchen and most of the dining room shut down yet they had no issue taking our money without letting us know in advance. No one offered a refund, no one adknowledged that we paid full price and got the leftovers. Most definitely not worth the $17 we paid for it and most definitely can not call themselves a buffet. I understand shutting things off as close approaches, but we should have been made aware and had the option to go elsewhere. We paid and within 1 minute were told we couldn't order any pizza. Definitely won't be back to have our money stolen again.

Food was good, but place is very run down. The bathroom was flooded with urine and water, tables were always dirty, and over all atmosphere was unbearable... I like Cicis, but this location is not their best.

The family and I love this place. Great place with a variety of pizzas, soup and a salad bar.

It's cicis pizza, it's great. To all the people complaining: it's hard to run buffets. You never know when the little league team is coming through the door and you need extra staff. It's a family place that is going to be hard to keep clean, they do what they can. No it's not gourmet, but for the price you really can't beat it. As a family of six, it's nice to know I can come to a place like this knowing exactly what I'm going to spend and everyone is going to leave happy. When you have kids you almost like a place that's a little messy so when you make a mess you don't feel like an awful parent. Pizza buffets are seriously the best thing ever. Thanks cicis, I hope you're always there.

Cici's pizza always gets a five star from me just for being Cici's pizza. This location gets a one star for me because the Alfredo sauce was cold, the buffet was half empty, and I asked for a personal pizza made and the girl working said with an attitude "it will be 40 minutes" to which I said OK that's fine will wait and then one hour later there was no pizza. I am positive she never started it SMH.

I've always seen these pizza spots but never visited one until today, not by my choice, now I know why. Came here with 5 adults and 4 kids, the place was packed and loud. Finding a table wasn't an issue, but finding pizza and soda was. This location isn't the cleanest and most of the soda selection was out of order. The pizza as far as taste and texture was decent, for a buffet style pizza place. As you enter you pay for the buffet with different pricing for adults and children. There's plastic wear and napkins and red plastic plate wear. They have a salad bar, then soups and macaroni and cheese then pizza selections and desert options. For large groups and a fast easy meal I can see this being a place to go especially for the cost. For quality, cleanliness and ambience not so much.

I have absolutely no clue how they are still in business. They never answer the phone, the place is a dumpster fire, it’s absolutely disgusting, grease covering the windows, every surface is slimey. The employees are not trained, clearly don’t like their jobs and have zero customer service skills.

First time eating here in years. They really have cleaned the place up! Grandson had a blast

We used to come to this cicis all the time. As I sit here now I see a very disorganized staff. The bus boy has walked past us numerous times with out taking our dirty plates. The pizza we ordered has taken more than a half an hour. And it's not even that busy. We used to love this place bit now it is on the do not eat list. Sorry but customer service has drastically dropped

Extremely busy Friday and Saturday evenings. Always good food. Be gentle with the employees when they are extremely busy. They do the best they can, and are extremely helpful when they have the time.

The pizza and service is always good. However, I was shocked at how dirty the place is. Literally cup lids, straw papers, food, napkins all over the floor. My daughter sat down to eat and sat in a big glob of icing from a cinnamon roll. The clean up crew was working at bare minimum.

I really liked it as it wasn't too busy to actually get food and there was enough space for every one. The workers were all nice and cheerful

I love the food, but rarely eat here anymore because everything is so dirty. The floors are greasy, the tables, the bathrooms are gross. Makes you think about how clean the buffet/serving utensils are. I've worked in food service before and they are in desperate need of a very deep cleaning..

Very busy for 2pm. Staff was slow to get food out onto the buffet. Food was good though!

Cici's is always awesome! It sucks that the one in Mentor closed because the closest one is in Parma but, its worth the drive to have all the pizza I can eat. Not to mention, they'll put whatever toppings you want on a pizza!
