First time at the West Side Market and saw that their salmon was nice and fresh. But their crab stuffed ones caught my eye so I decided to buy 2 fillets for dinner. I'm so glad I did because it came out delicious! I was told the crab meat had eggs and worcestershire sauce in it, a traditional crab cake recipe, it turned out really good. Kate's is my normal market go-to place, but I have always had good stuff from here. I've found them to be a particularly good option for Great Lakes species like walleye and perch. Your mileage may vary, but mine's been good here.

It's taken me almost my entire 25 years of existence to start to kind of like seafood. I don't know what it is, but I just hated it as a child. Then as a I grew up and my taste buds started to develop I began to appreciate certain seafoods. But alas, my likes are still extremely limited when it comes to our friends from the ocean.
