I ordered Uber Eats last Thursday and today from here , I order all the from because the food is always correct and good , however these last 2 orders were off , I always order the grilled chicken sandwich because it has always been wonderful. Last order it was way over salted and today received breaded fried chicken instead of the grilled that I ordered . I don't know if they switched cooks or something in the last couple of weeks but I really hope they get it together.

I’m not sure if it’s new management or what but I grew up on this place and loved it so much but recently it’s a hit or miss I ordered wings and pot stickers and they were not done at all smh

Seems like all delivery orders just get over looked because I just ordered wings and pizza and the wings taste old and the pizza tastes and looks like it came from a box and I spent a lot of money, I'm so disappointed 😔 I was looking forward to good food now I should have just went to McDonald's

This place was amazing the bartenders the bartenders were completely amazing so polite so nice we had burgers they were amazing ordered them medium rare and came out medium rare with onion rings on the side overall nice place nice atmosphere as far as I can tell decent people

The manager's disposition was very unbecoming ......just flat out rude

This place is very racist came in with my boyfriend to try the food here we walked in sat at the bar the bartender came and handed us menu and told us we should order to go because his boss would not be happy to see us there mind you this is our 1st time there and yes we are black this made very uncomfortable this situation is crazy to me

A scam of a restaurant. The food looks NOTHING like it is pictured on the app. The “beer cheese” for the pretzels is cheap Walmart nacho cheese. The Mac and cheese was supposed to have breading and be made with multiple cheeses. I received Kraft Mac and cheese. False advertising for a restaurant is weird behavior. Gross lmao

Went there for lunch today. Ordered 6 wings and a chicken quesadilla. The waitress who wasn't very pleasant misinterpreted the order bringing the quesadilla as a to go item. I decided to eat it there as planned. It was cold, burnt with chicken and hardened cheddar cheese with a side of salsa and sour cream. The waitress insisted that we said to go, so we got what we got. No apology just her continued rudeness. It's sad to be treated like this, since my lunch partner had spent years dining there with her mother. Guess we just marked it off our list.....

Good was amazing . We had hamburgers and fries. The steak burger was delicious.If I could I would give the place 10 stars.Thankypu and I will definitely be back.

Parking: Road pur bikes and they have a bike rack where we were able to lock our bikes up

I was trying to find where I could send a message privately but there are no options and no options on FB.

I ordered Uber Eats from them on Saturday 10/5. I ordered a chicken sandwich and we got 6 wings for free. Both things tasted like extremely bad and dirty fryer oil. I couldn’t eat 1/4 of it. Then within an hour later, I got violently ill. I am on day 3 now of being extremely sick. Vomiting, diarrhea and terrible stomach pains! I had nothing else to eat that day and it literally happened not long after I consumed food that tasted terrible. I ended throwing almost all of it out. I already filed something with Uber Eats, but you should probably know how sick I got off your food!

We were at the Cleats for take out in Marblehead and it was a completely different experience. The food was incredible and tasted super fresh, so I was very excited to order it again. Apparently two completely different ran restaurants on the quality of food.

Food is good but I tried to use the bathroom with my daughter and the guy tried to tell me we couldn’t use the bathroom and no kids allowed when there was literally a kids eating in there plus I’m 8 months pregnant. I should call corporate. Poor service
