This place is a joke. Worst service on shaker square. Went for lunch today. Stood at the area where the hostess should be for about 5 minutes before anyone even noticed us. After being seated sat for another 10 minutes before even being greeted by our waitress finally she took our order 15 more minutes and finally our drinks arrived. Sat for 30 more minutes and had to get back to work. Asked if our food could be packed up to go and were told that it still wasn't ready. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

The Catfish and grits were very good. Although I asked for my fish to be fried hard, it may have been hard for them but not hard enough for me...but it still tasted amazing. It was seasoned to perfection.Kid-friendliness: It's a family atmosphere and feel. There were kids dining as well and nobody was bothered that there were small children dining.Wheelchair accessibility: There aren't any steps so a wheelchair could come through just fine. There are parking spaces right outside of the door as well.

If you’re ever in Cleveland for a night or 2 give this place a try. Between the food and service we had a great experience. The restaurant itself has great atmosphere. When I first saw the menu my eyes exploded from all of the different choice they had. Since I’m from Louisiana I love going to restaurants that make me feel like I’m at home. They may not be the actual restaurant from home but it’s definitely a filler. I give this restaurant a 10/10, from the moment we walked in the door the service was exceptional. FYI the garlic cheddar biscuits get 2 thumbs up, a snap and a twist. there scrumptious!!Parking: Most people park in the back behind the restaurant since it’s free and it’s a valid place to park

Cheddar Biscuit was crazy good. All the food here was amazing! I got the meat omelet, and my so got the crab cake eggs Benedict which was amazing. Highly recommend, took some time just cause we had 6 people though
So extremely slow and food was bad. Everyone in there was just doing nothing

I enjoyed a sweet potato wrap wothout cheese as a vegan option. My server was very efficient.Vegetarian options: Limited vegan options unless you start removing things off menu items.

ordered off of doordash, some of the potatoes were grey and old looking (there were also sweet potatoes mixed in?? But i’m not complaining about that). The “toast” was just two pieces of white bread that didn’t have butter on them nor do I think it was toatsed. The eggs were okay.
