Cooking with Chef Wells was a wonderful experience. We had so much fun. He is funny, knowledgeable and entertaining. He really knows how to engage a group. We did the Tex Mex theme. We were split into 4 competing groups. We made quesadillas, pork tenderloins, salad with ranch from scratch and homemade pickled onions, Mexican brownies, 5 alarm chili, bean salsa & regular salsa. Had such an awesome experience?Chef is engaging, knowledgeable, funny and patient! My neice treated me and my sister for JUNETEENTH so we cooked some southern foods (grits/shrimp, chicken, kale, tossed salad, Mac n cheese, jalapeño corn bread muffins and peach cobbler for dessert). Would HIGHLY recommend cooking with Chef❤️???
