The Den is FIRE. Food is so good. The staff are the sweetest people you will ever meet. The vibes are retro diner and super homey. The wait usually takes awhile from 8pm-2am since it's the only restaurant open until late at CWRU. That being said, expect to wait for sometimes an hour for food. When in doubt order ahead. This is not in any way the staff's fault, however. Our school needs more than just one food place open past 9 pm. There are also only about 4-5 workers trying to feed hundreds of starving college kids. When you walk in during peak hours, hundreds of takeout bags line the counter. The app which we order food through for the Den is also extremely inconvenient and annoying. CWRU needs to switch their app for how we order food and get another late night location on the map! The Den is the only option which is not good for students who are hungry and staff who are overworked every night.

pretty chill place, but the ordering is actually abysmal, as I've placed 5 orders online which have been canceled for unknown reasons. On top of this the food that i have received is ok at best. Terrible place though; Avoid it if you can.

I hate how they make you download a app just to order pick up. I haven’t been here for some years because of the outbreak. They don’t pick up the phone and I wasn’t sure if Google updated information about this place but it’s very sad that I wasted my time to come here to eat breakfast at night. I won’t try to figure out anymore. I’m good.

This is the place where you must go for the late night dinner using meal swipes. The food is just okay. But due to whatever reason, the place seems pretty popular among the students and the number of orders before yours will be huge if you place an order too late.

Visiting the area from out of state. Stopped in, but didn't realize had to order through GrubHub app. Couldn't get it working do to poor internet service MANY times. I believe it was the owner that took our order in person, and comped our meal do to the frustration. Man working front end was very polite and friendly, and food was very good

I deleted my last post because there was one sauce in my box that I did not see . However I don’t mentally want to have to go through the hassle every time trying to get a specific sauce that they say they don’t have but do. I’d rather not order from them.
I realize Christmas Day was a busy day. However, I placed an order through one of the delivery apps and they never took care of my order. The driver waited until it hit the two hour mark to cancel the order for me.

The second I walked in it took 10 min just for us to sit down. Took another 45 min before waiter took our order. And when I got my soup the chiken was tainted. Then when I got the steak fliet it was also tainted. Please don’t go here it’s a waste of your time and money to eat food this gross.
