Deon's Restaurant offers amazing fried chicken Philly with fries and sauce included, rated 10/10. The service is excellent, especially from a staffer known for her fire bars. Known for some of the best soul food in Cleveland, it is a great spot for young adults. The fried food, like chicken and catfish, is highly recommended. However, some dishes like chicken fingers may be overcooked. The Mac and cheese might be a bit salty for some tastes.
