So whenever I go and get any type of iced coffee item I have to ask them for the liquid sweetner. Today I went and got a caramel craze iced latte and it isn't sweet. I don't understand why they're missing the mark constantly but I won't be going to this location again.

My coffee tasted great and the cashier was very polite. We ordered way ahead of time and still had to wait another 15-20 minutes after we got to the location. Things seemed a little disorganized.maybe shortstaffed amd busy. I'd go back just because rhe coffee was
