They never open on time. Their hours State they will be open at 7:00 a.m., but they are consistently late opening at 7:20 am. Bad business practices
Huge thanks to Brandon and Emma for always going above and beyond with their service! And of course, the coffee at Edda is always great!

Great coffee and food. Autumn was so sweet and fun! Very entertaining despite how busy it was. I suggest getting there early on weekends due to seating filling up fast.

Here almost daily. The atmosphere and vibes are always fantastic, a great place to get work done. All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming, especially Abby. Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops in Cleveland.

Alex , the lady that's the manager, the Chinese lady these three individuals are very unpleasant, Alex is the is most rude of them, never coming back people give koffee Cafe a chance, its small but the coffee is better and the workers are the best Noel and Gabby are two sweethearts.
Edda is the one stop-shop Coffee HUB > if you want to catch up with friends, host a business meeting, or just work from home EDDA’s got you COVERED!
Employee shoutout: Autumn > she makes the best latte’s ask for the “Autumn Special” IYKYK! She makes coming there enjoyable, always says hi to me, and goes above and beyond for her customers! All the other staff are amazing too <3

EDDA is always a go-to before work or while running errands on the weekends. Their espresso drinks are fantastic and their seasonal menus are always great. The employees are always kind and wonderful at what they do. They have a huge cafe that seats many people so even on busy days you can usually always find somewhere to sit. Top 3 favorite coffee shops in Cleveland, and probably the one I visit the most!

This place is hands-down one of my favorite spots to start the WFH day. The design is modern and welcoming, with a great view of the West Side Market—perfect for settling in with a coffee and getting some work done.
The coffee? Always on point. The breakfast sandwiches? Exactly what you need to fuel the morning. But what really makes this place special is Brandon and Emma. They’re the kind of baristas who remember your order, greet you with a smile, and make the whole experience better.
If you're looking for a great coffee shop with a solid vibe, this is it.
