I ordered a breakfast burrito to go and stood in front of the counter the entire time. No other food came out during the window I was waiting. After 25 minutes of waiting, I inquired on the status of my order. Suddenly it was ready.
I'm not sure if this was a fluke or 25 minutes is their average ticket time for hot menu items, but it was quite a long wait for a coffee place in an area where all parking is metered and timed. After chatting with nearby stores, their employees also confirmed longer than normal wait times for food items. Would not recommend for anyone in a hurry or with time restrictions.

Best coffee shop in all of Cleveland. The staff is extremely friendly and knows a lot of customers by name. Great coffee, good food, amazing vibes.

We enjoyed the vibe and the food; everything was great. However, the coffee wasn’t warm enough, and the table wasn’t clean.

Amazing private coffee shop. Great location in Ohio city. Breakfast burrito was excellent and large enough to share. Cool modern trendy vibe. Love the diverse clientele. Will keep coming back!

Spacious place in the heart of downtown Cleveland with a minimalist touch. Coffee is excellent. I tried a Cortado and the serving of coffee/milk was perfect. However, the cookie was too sticky-sweet for me. The atmosphere is friendly but I wouldn’t recommend for small meetings since the tables are too small. It works better for 1:1 interviews or laptop work. They have a lounge-style couch area for friends gathering. I would definitely visit again for a good cup of coffee if I happen to pass by.

love this place! the drinks and food are great and it’s one of cleveland’s prettiest coffee shops - only thing keeping me from 5 stars is having multiple online ordering experiences where i received cold food. not just lukewarm, but like it just came out of a fridge kind of cold (nearly frozen soft boiled eggs are not very appetizing).

nice vibe and coffee
I come here all the time to get work done. Food is delicious, I’ve tried most of the menu and have liked all of it. There is plenty of seating and outlets. Staff is wonderful and the food always comes out quickly. Both the drip coffee and the pour overs are excellent.
