The service was excellent. All four of us loved our different entrees. The bartender even made me a mocktail that was delicious. The ambience was nice and quiet. The restaurant itself was nice and comfortable. I would recommend this restaurant to any of my friends.

To be fair, trying a new place on Valentine's Day May not be a good way to evaluate it. The staff, while pleasant, was clearly overwhelmed. Edwin 2 has a contemporary vibe, good lighting, and vibrant colors. On a different day it could have been pleasant. On V day we sat about a half an hour before a waitress swooped by to get a drink order. We gave her the whole dinner order, the drinks didn't appear until halfway through the main course. The lamb chops were tough. The strip steak was tough and salted within an inch of it's life while a side of spinach was so salty it was inedible. When we wanted to pay the waitress was nowhere to be found and had to be located by the person busing the table. Wouldn't go back here any time soon

The service was very slow and inattentive despite the small crowd on Valentine's Day which was surprising. Very unorganized staff which lacked management but that may have been due to the fact that they are moving to a new location next week. The Lobster Rissoto was absolutely excellent. The shrimp kabobs were very tasteless. We will definitely give it another try once they move to their new location.

Tried this place out as I support the opportunities being given to the people and the mission behind it. Ambiance was good, well laid out, staff was very friendly and courteous and kept checking on us. Unfortunately the focaccia bread was very dry, steak was tough and chewy and the risotto was very bland.

Our favorite date night spot lately, affordable compared to other restaurants of this caliber and chef Brandon always comes and personally checks on our table. Highly recommend this as well as its counterpart Edwin's.

Was visiting Family in Cleveland for the holiday . Decided to stop here for brunch the day after thanksgiving, with my Mom and Grandma.( 70+). We were seated by the door and so every time the door would open the cold breeze would linger. My mom and GMA complained they were too cold. Well we decided to get up and move. Meanwhile , it was every bit of 10ppl in total within the environment. So there was plenty of of open seating . One of the waitresses walked over and said verbatim “aht aht y’all can’t move.” I responded ; my mom and GMA is cold due to the breeze lingering from the door. The waitress then said “but y’all can’t move because we’re in zones.” Understandable, However at this point the waitress did not receive a solution, recommendation or accommodation. It was literally 10ppl or less within the entire environment. if I am informing you about the issue and as to why we moved , there shouldn’t have been too much back and forth. We should’ve been accommodated and placed away from the door. Regardless of zoning . The customer service was extremely poor and for that reason we left and went somewhere else. I will never patronize a place that is unwelcoming. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Lovely place and great people but I was thinking the food was not cooked properly. The “grits” were chunky and runny at the same time. I couldn’t finish meal and no effort to rectify. The Bloody Mary was really good.

Haven’t been able to make it down to the Shaker Square location. Missed the last two weeks of the farmers market at Cleveland Clinic, they were packing up both times.
Vince was great and gifted me a couple ginger ales. He’s a real Puller.
