Nice little spot. The parking lot behind was very tight and limited, so we just parked on the side street. We got the birria papusa, Al pastor arepa, and fried fish. I thought the birria papusa was spot on, flavor wise and easy to eat. The arepa was yummy but a little messier. Fried fish was good, the rice that came with it was fluffy and flavorful. Also got the tamarind Agua Fresca and it was really good, not too sweet.
Tonight we came here spontaneously after another restaurant was unable to accommodate us. We didn't know what we were getting ourselves into a boy where we in for a delightful surprise. They have a nice beer and cocktail menu with reasonable pricing but do the best part was the very fresh and very delicious authentic food. We are already planning our next trip here and planning to recommend this place to our friends and family. It is small space-wise and unassuming so...
Food was good but updating my review because prices are now crazy high. Paid $110 last night for 3 people! $4 for horchata and was even charged $2.50 for a side of sour cream! Those prices are not suited for the size and location of this restaurant.
