Good food and friendly service. Visiting a friend at the Clinic, and stopped in on a whim before heading back to Columbus. Ben was not only great with his service for me, but the rest of the guests at the bar. The puttanesca, Etna salad went well with the gavi, and the tiramisu with espresso, not only satiated my appetite, but also provided the sustenance and jolt for the drive south.

Cozy, warm, friendly service, authentic Sicilian Italian food, pricey but the whole package is worth it. Feels like eating with your Aunt Gina in Palermo!

Etna is a great little Italian Restaurant in the Little Italy district of Cleveland. They have a great selection of authentic Italian dishes and their service is great. The tables are close by each other and the noise level can make it challenging to have a conversation across the table. But other than that, it's one of my two favorite Italian restaurants in the Cleveland area. Great wine list as well. There is a valet parking service but you can also park in the church parking lot next door.

The best food, service in Little Italy. They could use better chairs, but. What they make up in seating the drinks, service and food are my favorite in Little Italy Cleveland. I hate to post this because that means they will be so over crowded with reservations …hope you all enjoy Etna as much we have. We tried a lot of the restaurant in Little Italy none stack up to Etna.

The worse ever, chicken picata was dry, not authentic at all, not what it’s supposed to be…..tiramisu was watery, mushy……awful, my husband got the cappuccino & the froth was sour, it was disgusting, we’ve been to Italy several times & I can tell you first hand this food is NOT authentic, you want good Italian food ? Go to Crostatas in Highland Heights.

This establishment is located at the base of little Italy Cleveland. We visited several times over the past year and have never been disappointed. Food is some of the best in the area. Reservations are highly recommend since it is a small intimate atmosphere. Menu is full of homemade goodness. A very worthy and must try restaurant.

Food was at 1000 degrees— waitress couldn’t care less— manicotti— burned my mouth 20 minutes to cool down

Our server and everyone there was very professional, courteous, and kind. The food was absolutely delicious! Loved the meal, which was a Chef's specialty of Cod with lemon & capers, asparagus, and roasted potatoes! The salad was delicious too with baby spinach added to the mixed greens and artichoke hearts; and loved their homemade balsamic dressing! The homemade tiramisu was delicious also! My husband loved his Pasta Bolognese & Chocolate Hazelnut Gelato too. Would highly recommend for deliciously prepared Italian cuisine and beautiful ambience. Thank you for giving us a very relaxing evening. Grazie
