Good food and friendly service. Visiting a friend at the Clinic, and stopped in on a whim before heading back to Columbus. Ben was not only great with his service for me, but the rest of the guests at the bar. The puttanesca, Etna salad went well with the gavi, and the tiramisu with espresso, not only satiated my appetite, but also provided the sustenance and jolt for the drive south.
Etna is a great little Italian Restaurant in the Little Italy district of Cleveland. They have a great selection of authentic Italian dishes and their service is great. The tables are close by each other and the noise level can make it challenging to have a conversation across the table. But other than that, it's one of my two favorite Italian restaurants in the Cleveland area. Great wine list as well. There is a valet parking service but you can also park in the church parking...

Super busy when I was there. Very tight seating. A description of “cozy” would be a vast understatement. Based on how busy it was the service and food was very good. For me the 4.6 star average about hits the mark.
I recommend the restaurant.
