I've ordered from here on two separate occasions, the first was the 3 piece mixed Krispy chicken meal w/ Mac n' Cheese. The second was the Cuban sub w/ fries. I didn't get a pic of the Krispy Chicken meal, but I did get a pic of the Cuban sub. The chicken was absolutely delicious. Crispy outside, juicy and tender inside. The Mac n' Cheese was nice and creamy. The honey biscuit was light and fluffy with a nice drizzle of honey. As for the Cuban sub. I'm a Tampa, FL native, I'm also Cuban American. So I consider myself an expert on Cuban cuisine. I'm also a bit of a snob when it comes to Cuban sandwiches. Having said that, I will say even though it's not like the ones we have back home, this one wasn't too bad. The ingredients tasted fresh. For a "Cleveland Cuban" it was good. My only suggestion is if you can get Cuban bread shipped to you, switch out the bread. Overall, I appreciate the service. My orders were correct. The food was delicious. I will definitely order from here again.

First couple of orders have been fast. The prices are reasonable. The subs are great (and I'm planning on trying their chicken soon). They pay attention to requests and accommodate s they can (I order with people from work sometimes, so it's definitely appreciated). Knocking off a star because their Yelp menu is set up to charge double for drinks. They've reimbursed it without me having to ask, which is great, but it's a hassle when you have a group ordering several drinks and no one wants to put up the extra money. I'll put that fifth start up when they fix it.
