Great ambiance; awesome beer selection for someone who drinks belgian, wheat, and sour beers. Plenty of table games to keep you entertained.

A+ great beers. And great people! Charlie and the team are welcoming and kind. Awesome environment, too! Perfect for a chill night out, or for private events.

Great place for local brewed beer and Sunday folk music!!

Great place to visit on a Sunday for Folk music and a wonderful selection of site brewed beers. The food tastes homemade and well worth trying. Oh yeah, in the summer the doors are open to the garden, plenty of seating, music and fun.

People come here to dance and hear music. Didn't try the food. Parking is atrocious. I parked way into the next block.

Had our wedding reception here and it was so much fun! They were extremely easy to coordinate our wedding logistics with and gave us pretty much free rein of the place. Would highly recommend forest city to host your events!

This is a brewery that I wish I lived closer to. It has all the things I love - a big, quiet outdoor area with large trees, plenty of seating, and some fun Halloween decor; a historic building with multiple rooms for different size groups with decor that is fun, engaging and historical; and great beer too! I especially loved the French Toast Phantom that I ordered this week. Service is friendly and helpful here. It's an easy walk from W 25th in Ohio City, so if you're exploring that strip, check this place out too.

Went here on a Saturday at 2pm with our daughter and our dog to meet family from out of town. We’ve been here many times before and love it. Was told they do not allow children on Saturdays, stating “family day” is on Sundays. Would not even let us sit outside. They were not busy and our daughter is well behaved and quiet. They did however allow dogs outside.. We were so disappointed that they wouldn’t allow us to stay. We had to re arrange plans with our family and went to Brewdog instead- a much friendlier establishment that allows “families” with children. We unfortunately will never be coming back here. About an hour later, a family member sent us this photo from their outside area- a child with family sitting outside at the brewery. Do better Forest City..

Not kid friendly. Wouldn't even serve us if we were sitting outside. I do not understand that type of business model.

I came across this hidden gem while on a work trip. I entered through their patio, which is like a little forest getaway. Then when you walk inside it is a huge venue. Event space for bands or entertainment, a different room where they pour, and some fun decor. I didn't get a change to eat here, but the menu looked like they had good options. I sat outside and enjoyed my flight of beer. The beer tenders were super friendly and happy to give me their opinions on what I may like. The patio had a nice outdoor cabin in the woods vibe. The seating was a mixture of camp chairs, big wood chairs, and andiron deck chairs. I did like most of the beers. I did notice a sign that said Sundays are family days, otherwise the rest of the week you must be 21+ to be there.
