Chef Brian and his entire staff Nakia , BJ, To-Shawn, Dante, Carlos, Gill and Benji were absolutely the most professional, hard working staff I have ever witnessed in the restaurant industry!! Our food was perfection! Class act all the way around ! 11/26/23
Came here with my hubby just for drinks before our Anniversary dinner and had a great time! Beautiful ambiance, excellent service, and we were SO pleasantly surprised with how cheap our drinks were! We both got 2 delicious martinis each and paid around $50 ! Food looked great too- thank you JaJa, we will be back!!!!!!
The atmosphere and decor were excellent-similar to what you could find in a large metropolitan city such as Montreal or New York, with amazing sunset views of the West Side Market and downtown Cleveland. Almost the entire ceiling was glass! The food was all very very good, with the exception of our most expensive dish- the Moroccan lamb, which I found to be a bit bland. At JaJa, every dish is fantastic! The service is efficient, welcoming, and fun, creating a magical dining experience. The atmosphere is stunning and the inside is beautiful, making it one of the cutest spots in Cleveland. The food is creative and incredibly delicious, perfect for sharing with a group. The menu lists drinks from least to most alcohol content. While steak tartare may not be for everyone, the vegetable dishes, scallops, lobster, cheesecake, and drinks are very good. The buffet offers many options, and everything is delicious. It's a small but stunning place where you can relax without feeling rushed. A fabulous dining experience awaits at JaJa, complete with complimentary champagne to celebrate special moments. Valet parking and the option to pay with Venmo add to the convenience, making it worth the price.
