This was broadly a mediocre experience, to start off the service was really good and did what it needed to (even if they were a little pushy). The wait time was very decent (would say about 5 mins, but you get a drink with most orders so it doesn’t really feel all that bad. The food is when it really starts to take a turn, the sauces are broadly mediocre but the Korean BBQ is its own special terrible) the fries were cold and flavorless the chicken was bland (but I must say it seemed a bit fresh) and the Mac and Cheese was probably the best which doesn’t say much becuase it was just okay. The seating wasn’t that great, it’s all uncomfortable plastic chairs and the syrup for the waffle never had a lid when they put it in my basket so seeped everywhere. I got a discount so it was next to free but I still want a refund.

very bad experience. One of the strangest encounter with a fast food worker I have ever had. He flat out refused to give fresh fries. He made me take my money back. He said "dude, they are fresh, they were made like 10 minutes ago" Needless to say everything was cold, I mean, really cold. I would never go back.

My son went in for me. He raves about this place. I had 4 wings, fries and a waffle thrown into a box. Fries were tasteless, chicken was gross and still had fat under the skin. I gave my son the waffle. Teenagers eat anything...

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! You won't have the option to control what they do to the food. I ordered tenders, and they arrived promptly enough, but they were thoroughly slathered in a red sauce that was both one-note spicy hot and excessively sweet. It turned the fried coating on the chicken into a paste--no more crispy tenders. Both the chicken and the coating have zero seasoning. I did take one bite, and despite the eye-pinchingly terrible flavor, I was surprised by how tender the meat was. I decided to waste about four feet of paper towels to try to dab the goop off, then I added more paper towels to line a plate; I added the chicken onto this and put the plate into the refrigerator to (hopefully) dry out the "food.". Maybe I can salvage the tenders in my air fryer the next day. If not, perhaps I can scrape the orange porridge off of the meat and use the chicken in a stir fry with vegetables, some sauce, and rice. It would be a shame to drop the only worthwhile part of this meal into the garbage disposal. NEVER AGAIN.

Food is a solid 4 and what you get for your money is outstanding. However, if you come after 9:00 PM be prepared to eat your food outside or in your car. These guys start cleaning up at 9 o'clock sharp every night when they close at 10 pretty annoying.

It was terrible. The fries were soft and cold with no ketchup. The waffle was burnt and cold. Chicken was cold and flavorless. The only good thing about it was the actual crispness of the wing. Wings were small. Don't waste ur time or money. Not worth it.

Hard to beat for about $10 per meal. Great fried chicken tenders. Lots of great dipping sauce to choose from, not that the chicken needs them.

Started great but quality quickly declined. At launch the chicken tenders were twice the size they are now. The "full wings" are comically bad. Just fried bones with a side of chicken if you're lucky. They also now do waffles instead of garlic bread, even though the online menu still says bread. Charge 50c for extra sauce.Never seem too busy so it's probably ok if you're in a hurry.

What in the Hell's Fried Disappointment was that? I was in the mood for something breaded, so I decided to try out the chicken place near my office. First, their online ordering was either turned off or not working, so I walked over to place my order. The place was empty at noon on a Friday. So orange flag #1. Where were the students? The guy at the counter passed over the menu, which was different than the online version - probably why they aren't taking online orders. I placed my order, and had issues with the card reader and adding a tip (so I apologize for that, guy at the counter!). I went to fill my drink cup, which I didn't really want, but there wasn't really an option without one. Couldn't find a non-caffeinated drink other than Minute Made Fruit Punch (soooo sweet!), and so very RED. By the time I was finished, my lunch was boxed up on the counter. Darker orange flag #2, since that was WAY too fast for fresh food. I had tenders with the garlic parm sauce. Back at the office I open the box to find the chicken tenders, some cold, limp fries, and a cold, floppy waffle. The tenders were pretty good, and the breading was what I had in mind, but not the rest. The sauce was basically garlic paste, and tasted like garlic paste. Not conducive to working with others after lunch. I ended up eating the chicken and throwing out the rest.
