Worst venue iv ever been to, security starts problems for no reason. The whole security team is a joke, especially the manager.

Dashed in this lovely establishment due to rain and boy oh boy was this a meant to be experience!!!! The bartenders were so welcoming. Valerie and Monica are top notch employees!!! They were kind. Made suggestions that were on point. The smoked wings were ABSOLUTELY delicious. The artichoke dip was soooo good. Let’s talk about the cocktails. They were properly made. Tasted delicious. The bar was packed but the staff made us feel like we had time to decide and we’re kind in assisting in our decisions. I’ve never had smoked wings. But we both loved them. Talk about delicious!!!!!! So glad this was our choice of spots to dash into as the rain was coming down!!!!

Saw Echo & the Bunnymen at House of Blues on Monday night. Excellent show in a great venue.

Went here for the Smokedope2016 concert june 16 and the staff were incredibly rude. The performer told the crowd to light up their joints and blunts and so everyone did, which got my buddy kicked out. Bar tenders were extremely rude and yelled at my friend saying he needs to pay for a cup of water when she just gave me one for free. Pretty miserable staff working this place.

Closing the bathrooms before the concert was done is a crime against women. So glad I don’t have any more shows at the worst venue in Cleveland this year!

Great venue, helpful staff, lousy food. The brussel sprouts were burnt, gooey and raw all at the same time. Brisket was pretty fatty and grey. Key Lime pie was perfect and my crafted cocktail was enjoyable.
