Overall it was great. Fairly packed, the servers were hustling. My uncle was upset because there were no waffles, but aside from that the food was excellent. Wish we could have tipped the cooks.Parking: Parking is all around the building, and it seems to have just enough for how many people the building can accommodate. Probably could use two more handicapped parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Should be plenty of room for families with multiple kids, and high chairs available if needed.Wheelchair accessibility: Only a couple handicapped parking spaces but it should be easy access for those in wheelchairs and using other devices for walking assistance.

I recommend not eating here until there is an inspection and an overhaul on staff and management. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach that came out of my neighbor's syrup and they're severely understaffed. This location has gone farther and farther down hill.

Visited this location today at 7:30am. Less than 5 minutes later a roach pops up on the wall. The only incentive we got was an offer to be moved to a different table. It was only one other guest party in the restaurant but we got seated in the area that had just gotten mopped and the floors were soaking wet. The server Rosie was nice but not attentive enough. My attending party still wanted to stay because she didn’t see the roach but I was jumping and uncomfortable the whole time. I’ve already put in a complaint on the website and the Health department no food establishment should have Roaches
I love IHOP. But this location has roaches. Wife and I walked in and waited to be seated,saw a bug crawling on the divider,walked over to see if it was a fly. It was a 1/2 inch long roach. We left as the hostess was asking how many.

I will never be eating at the IHOP on Brookpark road...today while there in middle of our meal a damn big roach comes crawling across the table from under the rack where sugar and stuff is at... I over looked it for a minute and then seen how big it was and AJ and I couldn't finish our meal...she was so grossed out...the table next to us seen it and couldn't finish there meals either...I would expect that at steelyard but never at Brookpark...they lost a customer today...food was actually good today until that
