My husband went to celebrate Fathers Day with our kids yesterday Sunday JUNE 21ST. The service was terrible. They sat for 15 minutes before anyone even asked what they wanted to drink. Mind you, the lobby was empty. 30 minutes into their visit they asked what the wanted to order. 15 mins or so later, still NO FOOD. The waiter said they were too backed up on to go orders. We always had a enjoy ihop in Vernon hill last time we went the waitress name Ramon was very attentive and respectful with taking our order absolutely recommended
