It's cookie place with a very small selection of ice cream. Was intrigued by a picture of people ice cream on their sign outside but it turned out to be smore flavor when I thought it would be a fruit. So I got a double mint chocolate cookie and it was really good but it was $3 and that's just a bit much in my eyes.

I have hated cookies since I was little. But this place has converted me. The people are so nice both times I've visited. It's clean bright and inviting when you walk in. It also helps that the smell that hits you when you walk in is just DELICIOUS! ?Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free optionsWheelchair accessibility: Yes uncluttered front store open area I would imagine would be less hassle for wheelchair maneuverability.

They're cooking the cookies too done. This is my second time going and unfortunately they're not as soft as they used to be. I don't like crunchy cookies, if I wanted that, I could go eat oreos. I'll take under cooked over over cooked anyday.

I’m not new to Insomnia cookies. I frequent the Lakewood location. So, I expected this location to be at least comparable. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! I sent my daughter in to get a six pack. She returned with 6 cold hard cookies. I had already pulled off before we knew (I just expected that it should be right). She ate one and said it tastes good. She ate another and found a hair baked into her cookie. By this time, we’re pretty far away. To turn and go back was very inconvenient. So, I called 10 times and received no answer. I definitely will not return to this location. What’s sad is, I’m am now skeptical of all locations.
Customer service is everything for a business. The lady working the counter had a horrible attitude. She clearly hates working there but obviously hasn’t left since I’ve seen other reviews describing her.She was making my order and two young ladies entered the store. The worker in a quiet voice says “what can I get y’all” like three times. When she’s done with my order she then asked the young ladies in a rude voice “are y’all not listening or just can’t hear me?”I walked out with my order but had to write a review about this incident.Hopefully management will check her because that’s not very welcoming. That’s why I rated them with one star.

Was NOT the cake saying I ordered! I ordered a Happy Birthday cake to be delivered and this is what the recipient received … ☹️Awkward and frustrating!!!It was ordered a week in advance so there is really no excuse . Very disappointing….

I was very disappointed today with the cookies I received they were hard the cashier was training the girl how to put the cookies in the box they didn’t have any gloves on the other employees scooping ice cream and scratching her hair very unsanitary I will never go back very dissatisfied

This is a combination of Uber eats and the cookie place. I placed an order. The Uber driver never came to hotel. Below is the photo of him just sitting downtown with my food but he started the timer and said he arrived. According to both Uber and insomnia cookies it's my fault because the food was already made

This is the most poorly managed place on earth. I just left the store. All I wanted was a six pack. I waited in line for 45 mins watching one poor, young girl trying to fulfill the orders of about 18 people ahead of me while her only coworker just languished in the back of the store. She was doing a great job - it’s just that she was tasked with the impossible.Ridiculous expectations on their workers. Cookies are $3 a piece for them to only pay two (in all honesty 1.25) workers per shift. Where are the proceeds going from such expensive cookies? Y’all don’t even have enough staff working there.Then they prioritize online orders over the breathing humans in front of them - which was the most frustrating part.Seriously worst store. Terrible prices. Terrible management. Mid cookies at best.Don’t waste your money or your time. Awful store. I would rather eat celery for dessert than to support this place again.
