This was the first time the company I work for had ever heard of Jack Spratt's. The employees were very satisfied with the food. I used to order for my children 20 years ago and it was a big hit with my family.
This was my first time trying Jack Spratt’s since coming to Cleveland. Delivery time was actually faster than expected. The driver was great. Super friendly guy. For THAT, I’ll give them a generous 3 stars. I really wanted to like this small neighborhood place. We try to spend our money here in the community where we live, so I don’t write this review happily. The food was below average at best. We’ll call it a struggling 2 ⭐️‘s. The food was good I always order they wings and fries with sauce and it was good I also ordered they cheeseburger and a slice of cheese cake it was good they have great service I always order from them
