Very inconsistent with taste and quality. One day you’ll get it and it’ll be the most amazing incredible meal you’ve ever had and then you’ll get it the next time and it’s mediocre at best. They do give a lot for your money each time though which is more than a lot of places. Egg rolls are always good too.
When it’s good is great and when it’s eh it makes you reconsider going back.

You Get what you pay for. Got the general chens and it was good comes stuffed with food that was a plus. The rice was kinda of bland but not the worst I've ever had. The sauce on the thinner side so pour it on the rice or out so it doesnt make the chicken mushy other then that a good dish. The egg roll was great. Usually they are rock hard or to much pepper but Jackie chens has good egg rolls I actually finished it.
The sweet and sour pork was ok I would say better then ok but the sweet and sour sauce is so thick it's like a cherry filling thickness instead of saucy so you get a bit more sweet then you expected.

I just tried this place for the first time and it's very good! High quality food! I got a pork fried rice and I think this is much better than average Chinese food.

Order came warm and took an hour to get ( it was a Friday night. Really can't complain.) The sesame chicken dinner looked beautiful. There was so much food, but the chicken was really soft, and the rice was really dry. Used to having crisp sesame chicken. I guess every place is different. I ordered the chicken in vegetables. It's not the best I've had by far. The chicken seemed undercooked, and there wasn't any flavor to the sauce ( had to doctor it up). The rice was also extremely dry and sticky ( seemed old, stale). Wonton soup didn't hit the spot. The noodles seemed overcooked and were falling apart. I really wanted to like this place. I hear so many good things about them. It just wasn't up to par for me. The best part is that the dinner came with an egg roll. My daughter enjoyed that. And the wonton shrimp chips were included that's a bonus for me. Maybe ordered to late? I'll give them another try on a less busy night.

Best Chinese food I've had since China mountain 1 when I was a kid. Highly recommended.

Moved to the area 8 months ago and having challenges finding good Chinese takeout.

This place has the BEST wonton soup I've had in a while. I like that they use strips of pork.

Shrimp egg foo young is perfect, and I'm so happy they use dark brown gravy (personal preference).

Egg roll was a perfect crispy texture. I'm not a fan of the Crab Rangoon... the filling is too salty (I prefer a slight sweetness in the filling).

The beef and broccoli combination with shrimp fried rice tasted great. Large portion sizes had enough leftovers for 2 days.
