I just moved to the area and this was the first time I ate here. The reviews don't lie, the food is amazing! If a place makes good egg foo young then you know everything else will be good.Everything we had was really good from the wonton soup with shrimp chips, beef lo mein and Hawaiian fried rice, and the egg foo you g, which was the best I've had in years.I would definitely recommend this place for amazing Chinese.The website says they deliver, but they don't you'll have to use Door dash or other service. I recommend ordering online using Google. It's much easier and then you don't have to deal with the rude person who picked up the phone.

I ordered Seafood Delight, replaced white rice w/ fried rice, when I got home all I got was rice!! I called back and he said "I thought you didn't want it anymore. " He turned it around like it was my fault. I didn't get what I ordered sir that's your fault. We are long time customers. I will NEVER go back! I'm pregnant, not a bird. I didn't want rice only!!! Extremely disappointed!

Got fried rice. Good amount for the price but then I'm from Seattle where everything is $$$$$$.Rice was good with an appropriate amount of chicken pork and shrimp.
We used to come here all the time for dinner when I was growing up- the dine in experience is missed! I come for take out regularly still and I have never had a problem with quality or service. Everyone is friendly and polite, the orders are made within a reasonable time and prices have remained reasonable for portion sizes and taste. I will never go to another take out restaurant that isn’t Jackie Chen’s!

When we first moved to Parma my husband and I truly enjoyed the food. I ordered a large shrimp fried rice cost 14.00 a week ago. It was not good at all perhaps there are new cooks not sure. I will state this when a business increase prices the quality of food should increase not decrease drastically.
