“Wow my grandmother and I have been looking for a good place to eat for a while now. It seems likes nothing is good anymore and we were starting to lose hope but then we stumbled upon this restaurant and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything had great flavor and tasted fresh!“

“I definitely would and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone came from out of town and wanted my country food so we ordered two jerk chicken meal and just a side of jerk when I open my box I was somewhat upset that my jerk chicken was plastered with not jerk sauce but BBQ sauce, like what the hell !! There was no essence of jerk seasoning on any parts of the chicken at all it was not enjoyable. The cabbage was over cooked as well p“

“I tried the stewed chjicken for the first time all I can say was wow!!!!!!! The food was bursting with authentic flavors of Jamaica ??. Tonight I will return for a second dish for returning back Detroit“

“The flavor is definitely there. This was a Uber Eats order. I ordered the oxtails and the curry shrimp, The oxtails were Well seasoned. The curry shrimp was very good. I like the fact that they clean their shrimp. I also got a side of greens. They were OK. I also got the Jerk chicken pasta, which the flavor was there however it did not look like the picture on Uber Eats.

Overall, I would recommend this restaurant. The only thing I would say is they need to work on the presentation when I got the food it was in a grocery bag with the greens on top and the green juice leaked down to all the items on the bottom.

Also, the carryout containers did not hold heat so they were very hot on the bottom.

“My first time so I tried a couple items. Banana pudding was good and had a unique surprise. The main dishes come bowl style with choice of protein. Jerk chicken was my favorite but they have quite a few options. Definitely packs a punch. Would try again however I don’t eat Jamaican hardly ever so this would be an outsiders perspective. Service was excellent.“

“Aight 10/10. The most flavorful curry chicken. Spice and herbs are not the same as other joints. I would say this is more authentic, but I don’t really know. It is the most flavorful tho to me and most home style of cooking I’ve come across in long while. Portions are big IMO. Cabbage is good/rustic. Chirp Chirp Lesco.“

“The food is delicious its. always hot and fresh I have tried the jerk chicken curry chicken oxtails cabbage rice and peas sweet potato pie and everything has been delicious my family loves it I love it and I know if you take your family there they will love it the owners and the staff are very friendly and nice is the best Jamaican food around“

“This food was so good and authentic. When I go to Jamaica their rice and peas, cabbage and meat are bland—- no flavor. The food from this restaurant is the flavor I’ve been seeking. Compliments to the chef!
