My gf and i stopped by the location at the airport to get a bowl. Two workers. Man and woman. The man was cool. The woman worrking, seeing that my gf was white (I'm black), chose to ignore my gf. It was 20 minutes before her bowl was prepared. She took 2 orders AFTER my gf placed her order and prepared those while leaving my gf EMPTY bowl on the counter. Her coworker asked her what was she doing before he took it upon himself to finish my gf's order. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. She had an attitude the entire time. If she didn't want to work or has a problem with interracial couples, she should stay at home. This happened at 4am. July 25th.

Jamba at the airport. Easy to find. Close to terminals.

Stopped at the Cleveland Airport location before catching a noon flight.

Walked up to the counter and as 1 employee was helping a customer the other one turned to look at me and turned back around to what he was doing.

Totally ignoring my existance.

When I finally was waited on it was not with a friendly demeanor but a “I hate my job” attitude.

Like waiting on me was interrupting their day!!

As she put the base of yogurt in my bowl she stopped to talk to another employee, waving the bowl around continuing to talk as if I was there for the day.

Male employee that ignored me was to put the toppings on and I could have ran 5 miles quicker than what he was doing.

Very very unprofessional, unfriendly, horrible customer service.

I will say the item was very good but the service isn’t worth stopping again!!!

Every single time I come here to order my food, my order gets messed up. I honestly don’t understand when I say every item I want and in detail.

I was about to get on a 7 and a half hour flight and couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted my last meal to be. I also am vegan so had to ask for some substitutions. Ashley was so amazing and patient with me while I decided. I will definitely come back again!!!

Appalled by this location’s complete disregard for basic hygiene. Both servers had hair half-way down their bottoms, respectively, and neither wore hair nets or hats! I watched as they both let their hair fall in front of their faces, into the granola and fruit bins while making orders! They didn’t even bother to move their hair when they saw it fall into the food bins. ? I wish I were making this up. The worker making my order wore gloves, fortunately, but the other worker used her bare hands while sporting 1” long fake nails! I fault the workers for their clear lack of common sense, but I mostly blame the management here for not teaching or enforcing basic food safety practices.Order for two smoothies also took much longer than at other Jamba locations, even though they only had one other order besides mine. They were too busy chatting with each other to realize they’re working in a busy airport, with customers on tight schedules.Very disappointed in the food prep, and long wait time. Management needs to teach these young women food safety.
