Aviator Cleveland hosted our annual Costco strongsville holiday party. They did such an amazing job. The food was wonderful. The staff was accommodating and when out of their way to make the night as comfortable as possible. As the host and the head of our employee club, I usually have to stand at the front door and greet everyone for an hour and a half but they were nice enough to take on that responsibility. Food wasn't bad, the desserts were lacking.. but I am posting a review in regards to the service. Assuming she was a manager- but she was snarky and rude. Granted I messed up my reservation by adding one 12 year old child to it, her attitude ruined the experience before I could enjoy the ambience. Whenever I make reservations, I never include the 1 year old as a seated dinner- instead I add a comment in the notes. Went for Sunday Brunch. The food was very good. The best part was the staff. They were very welcoming. Janette did a wonderful job. Never hovering; just made sure are needs were met. Everyone of the staff were smiling and kind. Thank you for the excellent food and service.

The atmosphere is great, enhanced by a real fireplace and clean, nice areas. The food is delicious, with a great selection and large portions.
