In Cleveland on business. ordered via door dash. waited an hour - received notification it was being delivered. waited 30 minutes, no delivery. called the store and was told they aren't doing deliveries. simple solution - remove yourself from door dash. since Jimmy John's are privately owned, me not eating there again won't hurt this specific business, so I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
I tried this location because I’d always had a good experience when I ordered before. Maybe there is a different crew on weekends but while giving an employee training class I had been called 6 times by the staff because they had the wrong address to deliver to. I gave the exact address as well as the intersection and somehow the delivery ended up on West 9th versus East 9th Street.
