I asked for egusi soup and chicken, they sold me okra soup and said that’s how we make our egusi soup. The worst I’ve ever had. Not a good African restaurant at all, and I’ve been eating African food for years. He tried to tell me the jollof rice was fried but it was actually regular white rice harden because he put it in the microwave. Please never go here

Bought a large brown stew and a medium curry chicken. music was bumping and food was hitting. Would eat here again in the near future.

Ordered food on Uber Eats it took 2 hours for it to arrive after I had called the restaurant and started to cancel my order, the food was unseasoned and had a gritty , dirty feel and taste, worst Jamaican Food I have ever had. I tossed it out.

Never again. All this flavorless food n little small sharp bones then he Shaun tried to switch the price to 20 when it was $16. Then charged me $17,50 I was like u can pay my $1.50 or have it all back beloved. Find u sm1 to play with . Thumbs down

I visited this place for the first time, not such a warm welcomeing atmosphere the wall was empty, the menu sitting outside the glass facing the Southside. The person working there was polite and have a professional conversation. But the the food the meat was too dark with a slightly bitter taste, the flavours was not too bad I purchased the curry goat which was supposed to be served with steamed rice instead I get rice and peas, anyhow everything including the rice was extremely spicy 🔥 I was very disappointed because I had to throw $17.00 in the garage. Would I recommend this place to anyone absolutely not. Will I ever go there again absolutely not.

This food is absolutely disgusting. My friends and I tried this for the first time wanting some good food, now we understand why it’s one of the few Jamaican spots open on Sunday. Firstly the customer service was alright. We were greeted, and everyone was decent to speak to for the most part. My friends and I I gave this place a honest and thorough chance. Each of us spent over $30 each. I had the Jerk chicken, rice and beans, cabbage, a beef patty and I tried the oxtails. The rice was HARD. The jerk chicken has no flavor at all, they rely on the sauce for flavor, without the sauce the chicken is just cooked chicken, same thing with the oxtails, the oxtails were not tender in the slightest. The cabbage was edible but I personally did not like the flavor, it had a vinegar sour taste to it. For the amount of money we spent the food was horrible. Ultimately we wasted too much money for food that has no flavor. The Jamaican beef patty was decent, practically the only thing enjoyable to eat out of everything. My friends got the Mac and cheese and both agreed that it was lacking in flavor and did not taste good at all. I really don’t mean for this to be rude but it’s a very honest review. Please take your money elsewhere.

I’ve been here a few times the food was old on three different occasions I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I got refrigerator tasting food, dry chicken old meat👎🏾👎🏾 I’m cool on them I will never go back

This is as close to the real thing you’re going to get. Food is always good. Owner is always polite. My fav Jamaican spot in Ohio
