Placed an order for 9 dozen donuts over a week ago. Thought that would be enough time for them to be prepared. When I came to pick up, I was told they couldn’t find my order. I showed proof of purchase with my receipt. I was then greeted with an insane amount of attitude (from the manager), saying “do you know how many donut orders we get every day?” Hot take - isn’t this a donut shop?
My visit to Krispy Kreme Donuts was truly delightful. The staff were not just good people, but exceptionally nice and welcoming. The hot coffee was just what I needed, and it perfectly complemented the delicious donuts. The facility was spotless, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. I'm from VA and Krispy Kreme is the main donut shop but in Ohio it's Dunkin Donuts. I worked about 35 miles away recently and lo and behold, there was a Krispy Kreme! The best donuts for sure...so happy to buy a dozen!!
