The food was decent, I enjoyed it ! But the service was terrible Lucy messed up our order, brung out our appetizer after our entrée. Never came with out drinks that we order! When confronted by another wait she was nonchalant & never even came to apologize or correct what was wrong the other server corrected our order thank god for her ! &!8 believe the owner took off one the drink

Food was good. Service was ok. The establishment was freezing. Given the temperature outside, heat would have been ideal. Extremely disappointed in their promotion not being followed through. See attached. We spent $108.24 including a 15% tip and did not receive a gift card. We asked our waitress about it and she said “I don’t know nothing about it…I’ll have to call manager.” Upon calling her manager, the gift card still wasn’t presented. The waitress didn’t even circle back.

The seafood was so fresh and the lobster bisque was light and buttery. Everything was packaged nicely for takeout. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend!

We came around dinner time and the place was not busy at all. The service was lacking and did not get any refills. The seafood boil seasoning was on point. Would recommend dining in rather than take out.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and the service and everything used to be amazing. I go here every weekend on Sundays and this new young oriental girl that works there gets my orders wrong every time single time and never checks up on my table. She sits there on her phone and gossip the whole time with this boy when I needed water she never gave us refills nor asked us how our food was. Disappointing to not see the old servers there anymore. Please rehire the American boy that goes to college there, I think you folks should hire new servers who can do their job correctly. Every time I would ask for anything she would roll her eyes until the bill came to pretend to be nice for tip.

Placed an order online forgot to add extra sauce, came in to order the extra sauce and they told me they don’t sell it like that. I always get my order like that the one younger lady was about to do it no problem then this older lady stop her and said no. I had to prove that I order food just to get the sauce literally rejected my online order to put just the sauce in. Made me feel a type of way because if you have something on your menu I should be able to purchase no matter what.

They were having a really off day today. The food was terrible. I ordered a seafood boil. Crab, shrimp, turkey sausage, potatoes, corn, and eggs. Everything was bad. I left more than half the bag there, I didn’t even bother to take it to go. The sauce was bad and the seafood tasted off, the worst part though were the sausage. They literally tasted like cut up hotdogs, it was awful. I’ve been once before and it was fine so idk what changed. I didn’t want to ask for a manager or refund because there was only one server working the entire restaurant and I didn’t want to add more to his plate. I gave him a very nice tip because he was the only good thing about the experience but I’m annoyed I spent $100 on food I couldn’t even finish.
