We had a comfortable stay at the hotel despite the heavy renovations. Most of the work was focused on the outside so, we had some trouble finding the parking or navigating around the construction awnings. The room was clean and with enough toiletries. Th window was facing an internal courtyard (that did not seem to be in use) so, nothing really to see. The internet was not as strong as hoped. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. While I understood from the time of my reservation that the hotel is undergoing a renovation, the prices I paid were out of line ($985 for three nights, including breakfast and baseball caps). My bad. At no time did we have housekeeping service. We left the hotel early each day and returned late each night. Three days we expected to return to fresh towels, emptied trash bins and a made bed. Instead, we returned each night to the "do not disturb" sign hanging from our doorknob....read full review

I arrived April 6 and departed April 9th. I stayed in a queen room which was spotless. I had plenty of room in the dresser for my personal items. There were plenty of reasonable restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. . The hotel is located right downtown and was convenient to the interstate. I woul really enjoy staying there again on my next visit to Cleveland
