I bought 6 different types of soups. They all are very delicious. I chose the avocado, sweet potato, asparagus, butternut squash, black eye pea & celery, and spinach. They all are very tasty and nourishing to the soul. I was quite impressed with the amount of soup in each container. Although they all are great, my favorite are the sweet potato and avocado!! Sometimes, I'll add a little chicken or turkey for protein. Check them all out and see which one is your favorite. 😋
