We have come here 4 or 5 times. Have been greeted and waited on promptly and with courtesy. The food and drinks are wonderful. My wife compares all coffee to Rome and she loves it here. We will come back here every year when we are in Cleveland.

Our meal on the patio of Maxi's was delicious. Even though we were on the sidewalk in a tricky spot, it was absolutely lovely soaking up Little Italy and all its ambiance. On top of that, the house wine was delicious!

Restaurant made me put down a credit card to hold the reservation for a table on the patio on a Monday night. When we showed up, the patio was closed and the place was empty. Food is always great but would not have gone had I know that we wouldn't be seated where we were required to secure the reservation with a card.
