Customer service is horrible, I ordered from my mobile app, there isn't an option to ask for a cup of ice. I told the first cashier was told no problem the second worker yelled at me saying u have to order that back at the speaker and slammed the window! Disgusting

Overall it's good they get your order right and most of the time has good customer service. Every once in a while you may have to wait a bit to order and to get your order. Of side note there iced coffee is very good at this one.

Drive thru took forever before she even took my order. She said she would be with me in a minute but it ended up being like 10 minutes and the drive thru wasn't even busy. Then I ordered an egg on a biscuit and the lady rang it up as an egg and cheese on a biscuit of which cost more and when I told her that I never asked for cheese, the cashier didn't even change it in the system to where they were still charging me for cheese until I said something and then I was given...
