My first job where I learned to say Thank You all the time.
the bread always taste like it come out of the freezer except for the rolls for the fish for some reason. and then they decide for no reason at all that your app is fraudulent and close it down with no warning and cant tell you the reason. amd the wait times are ridiculous. and dont get me started on the double lane. thats another joke.
McDonald's, it's time to hold yourself accountable.
Your drive-thru is supposed to be a promise — a promise of speed, convenience, and reliability. Instead, customers are being forced to:
Wait over 10 minutes parked in a spot just to receive their order
Endure a drive-thru experience that completely defeats its own purpose
Suffer through consistently poor customer service that should simply not exist at this scale

McDonald's is a restaurant with friendly staff who are pleasant to deal with. The food is generally good, although some items may not meet expectations. For instance, the French Vanilla iced coffee was found to be flavorless by one reviewer. Orders can sometimes be incorrect, particularly when it comes to large meals with fries, which may be old and soggy. Prices may be seen as steep, with some items costing more than expected.
