I preferred on Uber eats, my order was incomplete and I their phone number just rings. No one answers. This is the second time this happens to me. I ordered two cheeseburgers meal, I only got one burger, as I requested no pickles I got pickles. I also ordered two krispy cream donuts, I never got them I want my money back and someone needs to contact me asap!!!! Very unsatisfied customer!!!!

They always messing up someone order I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and didn’t receive it and then my sandwich bread was hard and I tried calling four times and they don’t answer the phone either it crazy a easy job and people can’t even get it right

It's always something at this McDonald's. They like to half fill fries and use old breakfast sandwiches to avoid wait times. Putting my fries sideways in the bag isn't going to make me not realize it's only half filled.
Also the girl always working the first window with the nails needs coached. Obviously has nails despite food safety laws, and it is likely on purpose in order to get put in the window. Which usually I wouldn't care about since I don't work there but girl get off your phone when you're working with customers. I do not want to hand my card over to somebody using their phone...and frankly I do not want to hear your drama driven phone conversations or complaints either.

Don’t eat here . Kid in the back with long hair with a scruffy beard, was touching the patties and chicken with his hands with gloves on. Then put his hand up to his mouth and proceeded to touch the food with the same gloves. 0-10 nasty and unsanitary

Capitalism is making it harder for everyone. It is not fair to rate the workers with stars when they are only doing the job of the person who is making the most money. I chose to take a stand against capitalism and refused to get out of line until the $1 for 10 nuggets was honored although the worker threatened me with calling the cops, an action that often gets black and brown people killed. I have never had an issue with the app until today. I tried everything and it kept saying “hmmmm” and not letting me complete my online order through the app. This made it very difficult for the workers who are told to keep costumers happy and to quickly service them. They could not quickly service me because of capitalism and an app error all of a sudden. These workers were so afraid of having a line, that they did not realize that it was designed that way due to capitalism. Eventually, the manager serviced me with the “the customer is always right” mentality. But im afraid for this black man because he chose to do the right thing. We must take a stand. We must challenge the norm. Because people are literally dying when we don’t. People are being unjustly fired when we don’t. People are being labeled as “challenging” When we don’t. Stand up.

The rotund individual that made my one item, a mango smoothie, refused to blend all of the ice and I was left with HALF of my one item. The person made it apparent that they were unhappy making my one item at 930pm. Terrible McDonald’s and worse people operating it.
Sister had requested while on my way to visit her that I get a $5 McDouble Meal with a Sprite as the drink for her. Pulled up to this McDonald's on Detroit Ave. in area of W 75th St.. Pulled up to drive-thru and gave male order taker my order. I ordered two $5 Meals..one for my sister and one for me. I ordered a $5 McChicken meal..with extra pickles on the sandwich. I asked the order taker "How fresh is your coffee?". This was at approximately at 5 pm in the evening..and I needed COFFEE.. Order-taker said "Fresh coffee would be made". Pulled around and the male order taker was very pleasant in disposition. Pulled forward after paying. Female at window was very pleasant..said "We are making fresh coffee..and your order will be finished very soon".I was very pleasantly surprised by the service people at this restaurant..even being just a local McDonald's. Thank you. Respectfully Glenn

I'm Uber driver. I was picking up a delivery. I was in the drive through for 20 minutes. Can you tell me Mr manager? Why? When I get to the window, they told me to go. Wait in the parking lot after I waited. Twenty minutes in the drive through, are you guys dumb or dumb?
