My favorite spot in Tinkham Veale. Staff is super friendly, especially Anton.Great options for Vegan and Vegetarians. A little pricy but the portions are large so you get your monies worth.Vegetarian options: Almost every option has a vegetarian or vegan alternative.

Their business hours were wrong for the longest time on their website and when I contacted them asking about it, instead of saying they forgot to change it, they quickly changed it and told me it was correct. I had taken a screen shot of the incorrect hours so I know they just fixed it when I called them out on it. Also they are supposed to be open today and they are closed for some reason. Calling their number is no help because it just leads to corporate, not that individual store. I wish I could give higher stars but going to get food and never knowing if they will be open or not is extremely frustrating.

I am a frequent customer of Melt at other locations. Went to this location couple months ago and it absolutely sucked. Asked for vegan options of 2 sandwiches, we got bland, flavorless, dry food. After talking to the manager we got our money back. Won't be coming back!

Of the three workers that worked there only one greeted me. That was the cashier. Georgette. She said “Whatchu want” rudely after I said a friendly hello. Then after trying to order the Mac n cheese she and another worker said that it’s frozen. So I asked does that mean is there a wait on it and she just repeated that it was frozen. So I just got something else. The service was fast and the food was pretty good. But the service was trash.

On the CWRU campus. Great food and quick service. Good portions. They have a smaller menue with lots of your favorite sandwichesfrom their full-service locations. I enjoy picking up a to-go sandwich and salad.
Service is always nice even when they have a full house. The service was very welcoming and sociable. The place has an awesome feel to it.

Surprised that this place is allowed to keep the "Melt" brand. To make it vegan had to pay $2 for vegan cheese even though had no other cheese. Mushroom melt was just sautéed button mushrooms. Bread regular size vs. Melt regular deliciousness. Fries mediocre food service quality. Serviceable meal but definitely disappointing.
