Stopped in while in Cle with the family. Everyone loved it. I personally thought the Duo was a great idea for all the people who can never decide on what they want. I had peanut butter something yogurt and it was great. Less sugary than normal. Everyone was happy and prices were actually fair.

Nice staff. Great quality as always. Entrance is in the inside courtyard-like area. Good thing to add on your activity list if doing something in the area.
Like any other Mitchell's, the store did not disappoint. The service was good with a friendly atmosphere about it, and the ice cream is top-tier as one would expect. Claire, our server, did an excellent job.
Vegetarian options: It's an ice cream shop; everything is vegetarian, and several ice creams are vegan.
Parking: So far as I can tell, parking is free (it was for us), but I'm not sure if it's always the case or only for Sundays.

I had the best brownie sundae of my life. The staff was nice and the flavors were tasty. They also had quite a few vegan options and sorbet.

also, they do have papers and crayons for bored and random doodlers/students (there’s a nearby university). seems like everyone loves mitchell’s because there was a long line down the entrance when we finished our ice creams.
