Got ice cream here many times.
I have visited this location quite often. The service is great as it a popular sweet treat. Be ready to wait a few minutes in line for cones and shakes but if you are ok to eat from the container ( which I am) you can go directly to the freezer, pick your favorite and fo straight to the cashier. I often eat and enjoy the sunny day or warm night outside where there are tables for groups or benches for couples.
Delicious ice cream shop with a ton of flavors and generous portion sizes! If you truly only want one scoop, you might need to order the kids size! Very good texture and water cups are available. Old style root beer used for their root beer floats
Excellent service and quality ice cream. Homeless person tried sealing cash tips during our visit. Mitchell's employees shouldn't have to police that behavior

There were so many flavors. I tired the pistachio and the S'mores. Bothe were good.
Normally my favorite location, but so disappointed in the customer service today. Average an easy $200-300 each summer for family outings here, and was excited to grab a birthday cake for Grannie today until encountering the bland, dry and dismal customer service. Tried to speak and greet the two staff- which is normally their job- only to be told by Steven that must be “other people” who are engaging and joyful and speak to customers. Not the end of a $50 trip I was looking for. Speaking and actually saying something to start an order is pretty basic. Maybe Steven was having a bad day, but it definitely made for a bad customer service and family time for my littles and doesn’t match the $$ I just spent.

Stopped in while in Cle with the family. Everyone loved it. I personally thought the Duo was a great idea for all the people who can never decide on what they want. I had peanut butter something yogurt and it was great. Less sugary than normal. Everyone was happy and prices were actually fair.
