Honestly I hate leaving this message but first time there and the veggies tasted burnt , chicken dry and rice NO , Mac not good either . Service took a hour and the drink was wayyyyy too sweet . First time coming there and I will never return . Over priced and sadly I feel like I wasted my money . Food looks good in the picture and definitely generous .

This is my second time here and both times the food was delicious. I do agree with others regarding the wait time but I promise the food is worth the wait.

Horrible Dining Experience! !! 1st time coming from a recommendation. And will never patronize this place again! Would recommend you don’t either!

Dining- In experience
- only guest in the restaurant upon arrival(3). Waited 2hrs for food to arrive , add an additional 1hr for a to-go order placed at the same time of dine-in orders.
- The wait was blamed on 1 guest allergy yet To-Go orders kept coming from kitchen. (I counted 6). There was a customer whom said they waited 1.5 for their ToGo Order.

- Additionally a couple came in 1hr after us. Were seated and served within 30mins of entering. I called out to the server and finally that preempted her to say sorry for the delay of our food, which took an additional 45mins.
- A safe cooking space for an allergy should never take an additional 2hr to clean and prepare. This is naturally apart of a restaurant business. Also allergy was made clear and accepted in the beginning.
- As we were tired of waiting, took small bites of food finally given and ask for to go containers. Only white styrofoam is giving to dine in customers. As the solid black, soufflé cups are preserved for online orders. This is senseless as ALL customers should receive proper storage containers. Needless to say I did not take my food.
- Server ordered the food she wanted not the one I explicitly showed an image of, she told me what the food was and still put in the wrong order. She apologized after a few minutes of discussion. Yet still received gratuity for lack of service.

Bottom line: Lack of Customer Service, Extensive time for food preparation, No accommodations is a major issue, a letter has been sent to BBB and Scene Cleveland.

Hope no one else has this experience. This was unacceptable.

I don’t know why every time I go to a black owned business the waiters and hosts have the nastiest attitudes but they do this is no different. 25 min wait on a pickup order with 2 tables in the whole restaurant. Waiters just talking to their personal friends not helping. This has to stop.

Highly disappointed went in to order it was a 45min wait. They were out of a lot of things on menu. I was calling a hour later to inform they didn’t no longer have what I ordered and it would take 45min to prepare what they did have it was late on a Sunday 2hrs wasted

This was the best chicken Alfredo I've had in my life, it was a very long wait on a Saturday because all of the staff called off, there was one chef and one waitress, when I eat here again it'll be takeout. But the wait sure was worth it honestly, very good vibes inside and comfortable. Food is 100/10

Yes, The food itself is good. But that wait time is RIDICULOUS and never accurate. Placed an order for pickup at 3:45pm. At 3:30 they called asking us to choose different sides because they had neither greens nor cabbage. I went in to choose the alternative sides, at 3:30PM SHE TOLD ME THE ORDER DIDNT EVEN GO BACK YET AND WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL 45MIN. So yea I was late for work waiting on an order I placed in ample time to be ready. And all I ordered was fried chicken wings with Mac and Greens (originally) which were subbed for yams and grilled chicken with Mac and cabbage (originally) which were subbed for broccoli. Order didn’t come up until 4:45pm. That’s absurd. And all we got was “sorry about that” Will not be returning……….
