MoMo's Restaurant and Social Lounge

Previously, I’ve ordered pickup for this place and had welcome customer service at the front and the food was always good. Today, I placed an online order at 4:23pm and did not get a confirmation until I called an hour later at 5:15pm. My food was not ready for pickup until 7:10pm. I literally had to call the restaurant and ask for an update and was provided no explanation as to why it took 2 hours (plus the hour it took to confirm the order) to complete. Highly disappointed.

Says they open on Sunday so we drove from Garfield hts only to see they did not open

I've gone their twice now during hours when they were supposed to be open only to find it closed.

Only two staff members in that day. Took 90 minutes to get my meal minus my drink

I would give them another try because the hostess attitude was amazing!

This was very expensive and the prices online are not accurate. We waited 1.5 hrs for the food and another 20 when we got there since they didn’t make part of the order. The grilled chicken and shrimp were overcooked. However, the wings were crispy and very good. We may give them another chance.

Food was good, atmosphere was empty but it took about an hour for the food to come out. Kind of thrown off by being charged gratuity just for dining in, party of 2.

Food was absolutely delicious!!! Chicken wings were crispy, cabbage and mac&cheese were seasoned to perfection. My only complaint was no diet or zero pop or bottle water. Also allow extra time if you go takes a while to get your food. Next time they better have pepsi zero!!!!

Horrible time. Told one time and ended up waiting 2 hours

Ordered takeout at 6:59. At the time of ordering, it said 48 minutes was the wait time. Arrive AFTER that allotted time and was told there was apparently still a 26 minute wait. Food did not come out until 9:06. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! 0/10, because why in the world does it take a RESTAURANT 2 hours to cook 2 meals 🤯 never coming back!

Terrible experience. Ordered ahead and got there an HOUR later and my food wasn’t ready. The food wasn’t good enough for how long I waited. I will never come back.
