Came here stood at the register for 10 minutes, which there was no wait/line, cashier ignored me the entire time I was there, as soon as I’m walking out and another customer walks in she takes their order immediately. Very rude and unprofessional. The cook was also wearing open toed flip flops in the kitchen, this place must be very unsanitary. Smh

I went to shaker hts mr hero and ordered a tuna fish sandwich. I was eating and bit down on something hard, spit my food out and it was a piece of triangular metal, sharp points. It is the grace of God I did not swallow it! I called twice and no answer. Be careful, how does metal get into a sandwich???

Not good. I went in fully intending to order food, discovered I needed to go to the John. I was told it was out of order. So I asked about the ladies bathroom and the same answer: out of order. So I told him, ok no bathroom no order. How can both bathrooms be out at the same time? What do they use? They lost a customer for life on that day.
Nice relaxing atmosphere. Great food. Great service.

As some people have commented, the smell takes some getting used to, but the food and service is very good. A place I'd visit sometimes in high school so it has a special spot. A Romanburger and a side of waffle fries is enough to help the stresses of tests and exams, just a feel good sorta place.

Today around 1pm I ordered a hot butter cheese steak the man never changed his gloves kept touching everything with the same gloves on an had the bread on his shirt just being really gross.
